Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MNRV Analytics Ltd., a company registered in Cyprus and operating in the United States under the New York DBA Caudena Corp. (“Caudena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use CaudexCatena, CaudexCatena MCP, caudexcatena.com, the CaudexCatena MCP website, or any related account, checkout, documentation, support, or website page that links to this Privacy Policy.

If your organization has a signed agreement with Caudena, that agreement may also apply.

1. Products Covered

This Privacy Policy covers:

  • CaudexCatena, a Caudena public blockchain analytics product for wallet exploration, labels, flows, dashboards, public-chain context, and related features.
  • CaudexCatena MCP, a Caudena service that lets supported AI clients request selected Caudena blockchain intelligence through the Model Context Protocol.
  • Websites, landing pages, waitlists, accounts, checkout flows, subscription pages, support channels, and documentation pages connected to these products.

This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party AI clients, blockchain networks, wallet providers, browser extensions, or other third-party services that you choose to use. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Account, Waitlist, and Contact Information

We may collect your name, email address, role or focus, organization name, country or region, login credentials, account settings, communication preferences, waitlist responses, and messages you send to us.

Billing and Subscription Information

For CaudexCatena MCP and any paid services, we may collect selected plan, billing cycle, subscription status, renewal date, billing name and address, tax information where required, invoices, receipts, payment status, failed-payment events, usage balance, top-up history, and payment-method metadata such as card brand, last four digits, and expiry date as provided by our payment processor.

We do not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or raw payment credentials.

Product Usage and Technical Information

We may collect information about how you use the Services, including pages viewed, features used, search or prompt activity, account actions, authorization events, successful and failed CaudexCatena MCP calls, timestamps, request IDs, browser or client metadata, device information, IP address, approximate location, logs, diagnostic events, and security events.

Blockchain Queries, Prompts, and User-Submitted Context

Depending on how you use the Services, we may process blockchain addresses, transaction hashes, cluster identifiers, chain names, asset names, timestamps, exposure questions, labels, notes, comments, reports, investigation prompts, and other context that you or your AI client submit.

Some blockchain identifiers and public-chain activity may become personal data when they are linked or reasonably linkable to an identifiable person. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to submit any information you provide to the Services.

Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, private case details, sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to provide.

Public Blockchain, Label, and Open-Source Context

The Services may display or use public blockchain records, public labels, entity categories, exposure information, cross-chain swap context, open-source information, and user-submitted or reviewed label context. Public blockchain data can be permanent and may be copied by third parties outside our control.

AI Client and Integration Information

For CaudexCatena MCP, we may process information needed to authorize, secure, meter, and troubleshoot requests from supported AI clients. Your AI client may receive CaudexCatena MCP responses and may summarize, store, or otherwise process them under that AI client’s own settings and policies.

Support and Communications

If you contact us, we may collect your contact details, message content, account information, support history, screenshots or attachments you provide, and related diagnostic information.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep accounts secure, remember preferences, support checkout and billing, understand website and product usage, diagnose errors, and measure performance. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts, waitlists, subscriptions, usage balances, invoices, receipts, and support requests;
  • authorize CaudexCatena MCP access and meter successful billable Caudena data calls;
  • return blockchain analytics, public labels, exposure context, summaries, and related product outputs;
  • review, moderate, verify, or remove user-submitted labels or public context where appropriate;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, misuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
  • diagnose errors, monitor performance, and improve reliability;
  • communicate service, billing, security, policy, waitlist, product, and support updates;
  • send marketing communications where permitted and honor opt-out choices;
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations;
  • enforce our Terms and protect users, Caudena, and third parties.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product planning, service improvement, and business analysis.

Unless separately agreed, we do not use private customer prompts, private case context, or user-submitted investigation materials to train public third-party AI models.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we process personal data using one or more legal bases:

  • payment processors, billing tools, tax providers, and fraud-prevention providers;
  • account, authentication, email, notification, support, and customer-communication providers;
  • analytics, performance, and product measurement providers;
  • AI clients and integration tools when you authorize or configure them to use CaudexCatena MCP;
  • enterprise account administrators where your account is provided or managed by an organization;
  • professional advisors, auditors, insurers, legal counsel, and other business advisors;
  • courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity;
  • successor entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide a separate notice and choice mechanism.

6. Public Features and User Submissions

CaudexCatena may include public or community-facing features such as labels, dashboards, comments, profile elements, reputation signals, or other contributions. If you submit content to a public feature, that content may be visible to other users or to the public.

Do not submit personal information about other people unless you are allowed to do so. Do not submit claims that you cannot support. We may remove or restrict submissions that we believe are inaccurate, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with our Terms.

7. Third-Party AI Clients

CaudexCatena MCP is designed to work with AI clients and MCP-capable tools that you choose. Caudena does not control how your AI client collects, uses, stores, trains on, or shares your prompts, files, logs, or outputs.

Review the terms, privacy policy, settings, and enterprise controls of your chosen AI client before using it with sensitive, regulated, confidential, or third-party personal data.

8. International Transfers

Caudena, users, service providers, and infrastructure may be located in different countries. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than where you live or work, including Cyprus, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, manage accounts and billing, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may depend on account status, billing history, tax and accounting requirements, support history, legal or dispute needs, security needs, enterprise contract requirements, and whether information can be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

Payment, invoice, receipt, tax, and accounting records may be retained for legally required periods. Security and diagnostic logs are generally retained for limited periods unless needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or service integrity.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include access controls, authentication, logging, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, provider review, and incident-response procedures.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and configuring your AI client, browser, wallet, and organization systems appropriately.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • access personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive a portable copy of personal information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of marketing communications;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, or certain targeted advertising where applicable;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable;
  • appeal a decision where required by law;
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some requests may be limited where information is needed for security, billing, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit, fraud prevention, or service integrity.

12. California and US State Privacy Notice

If California or other US state privacy laws apply, this section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.

We may collect the categories of personal information described above, including identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation, professional or employment-related information, inferences drawn from product usage, and sensitive personal information such as account login credentials or payment-related information handled through our payment processor.

We use this information for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose information to service providers, contractors, and third parties as described above.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide a separate notice and choice mechanism. If required, we will honor valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device where the signal is received.

13. Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or service messages, including billing notices, receipts, security alerts, subscription updates, support replies, and policy notices.

14. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Services, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, account, email, checkout, or another reasonable channel. The updated Privacy Policy will state the updated effective date.
